Why Us?

It can be unsettling to bring in an outsider to help address internal problems. Outsiders may come in with preconceived ideas and may try to make your organization fit their experience. 


I believe that change "must fit or it will bounce off". It is easier to "bend" a culture than to replace it.


My approach is involves a lot of learning about you. We have many conversations so I can learn more about you. As I get to know you, I will find ways to  introduce new ideas and perspectives. But I work hard to understand your way of doing things so together, we can devise a plan that you can embrace. Most importantly, together, we decide the best way to bring about change.


All of this is because we know it's easy to introduce changes, but it takes much more understanding and planning to make sure that the changes stick.
